Frankie has been weight training since 1992 and has more than 25 years of training experience. He has also participated in Bodybuilding and Strongman Competitions. He was in the national bodybuilder federation in 2004 and 2006 and also participated in the strongman competition in 2006 and 2007 organized by the Home Team NS.

 

Frankie started freelance personal training in 2000 and specialized in bodybuilding, strongman and power-lifting training. In 2007, he joined California Fitness as a Personal Trainer. During his time in California Fitness, he trained his clients mostly on fat-loss, toning, shaping and functional training. He has trained more than 1,000 clients and has more than 10 years of coaching experience.

 

Frankie has now resumed freelance personal training and also teaches 1-on-1 kick-boxing training in which he is certified. With his vast amount of experience, Frankie assures results for his clients and provides a 100% result guarantee for his training services.
