3 Months Group Training (Challenge to Fitness)

This programme focus mainly on understanding the condition and compositions of your body and working towards strengthening and improving the various 5 key elements of your body. These include Cardio, Strength, Core, Flexibility and Stability. This programme aims to serve as an aid to help you better understand your current condition and motivate you to work towards a healthier life by providing you with the knowledge and skills required to both improve and maintain your health.

Kick Boxing Group Training

Boot Camp Training (High Inensity)
