Fortunately, I found an experienced and knowledgeable trainer like Frank. I recall how patient and encouraging he was throughout my health assessment. I have been training with Frankie for about 6months and it has been a great experience. Before I started training with him, I was having some back problems whereby I can't sit or stand for too long.
